- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They say you should change your insurance often to ensure you get lower rates...well I have been with Rummel for 10+ yrs & wouldn't think of leaving! My agent, Tammy, is always professional, as is anyone who ever answers their phone. But the most important thing to me is being treated like a friend or family & that's what she does as well as anyone I've spoken to besides her if she is not available at the moment I call. They never just take a message... they always ask if there's a way for them to help me until Tammy can! That means alot to me as does feeling they are very reliable & fair. I have only had a couple serious claims but both were handled VERY quickly, efficiently & with great results.
